From Brendyn:

“David Pocock was one of the youngest debutants to play Super Rugby. A hard working and disciplined athlete, David progressed through professional rugby to represent the Wallabies on 78 occasions. This book provides readers with an array of resistance training programs utilised by David in those formative professional years, on his way to becoming a world class player.

This book will be of tremendous value and interest to developing rugby players and strength and conditioning coaches. With over 40 resistance training programs.”
