Body weight circuit

These body weight circuits are a great introduction to weight training or can be used for in-season cross training. They can be performed 2-3 times per week during the preseason and once a week during the season. They're a great way to get strong and fit if you're a junior and haven't started lifting weights.

Programs:

Circuit A - Beginner

Circuit B - Beginner/Intermediate Circuit

Circuit C - Intermediate Circuit
